We offer a range of specialist services to people living with a terminal illness

Story

Across the next three months (starting February 3rd, finishing may 3rd) I will be running/walking 150 miles as a fifteen year old in year 10 of high school.

My aim is to raise £1000 for St Michael's Hospice in Hereford. This is in memory of my Auntie Jo who unfortunately lost her battle to cancer in 2023. This amazing charity helped both her and her family greatly.

Now that my dad is taking on his own battle, I thought this would not only be a brilliant opportunity for me to improve my physical ability but to also raise money for an amazing charity.

I know for a fact this challenge will be extremely tough for me. Not only am I completely unfit, but I am also going to have to work this challenge around my GCSEs and social life. However, I have got more motivation than ever before.

I will be posting my journey over the next three months on my Strava account (Ruby Radon). Donations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ruby x
