This year, The OM Group is raising money for Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind, a local mental health charity doing important work for people across our area.

As part of the fundraising, Tracy, one of our brilliant team members, is taking on a tandem skydive. Yes, she is willingly jumping out of a plane, which is far braver than most of us can claim to be!

The rest of the team will be cheering her on from a much safer distance, but we are incredibly proud of her for taking on such a big challenge for a cause that means so much.

Mental health affects so many people, and having the right support available locally can make a real difference. Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind provides services for people who may be struggling, giving them somewhere to turn when things feel difficult.

Every donation will help support their work across the local community and will mean a great deal to Tracy and the whole OM team.
