Transformative connections. Her legacy was an art pop-up in support of the Women’s and Girls Emergency Centre (WAGEC). Join us 5-8 March 2026 at m2 gallery 4/450 Elizabeth St Surry Hills NSW 2010 Australia.
The pop-up featured paintings, sculptural and textile pieces by local female artists Alina Camiller, Marguerite Derricourt, Catherine Field, Pam Jolly, Amanda Mason and Lynsey McGee.
Visitors were encouraged to recognise the women that have made an impact in their sphere by contributing to a community work in celebration of International Women's Day.
Opening night - 6pm-8pm Thursday 5 March
Hours - 10am-5pm Thursday, Friday. 10am-6pm Saturday, Sunday.

Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC) is a feminist, grassroots organisation that supports women and families in crisis and advocates for social change in the community. WAGEC are based in Redfern, Sydney and work on the lands of the Gadigal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation.
Every night, WAGEC support 200 women and children impacted by homelessness, domestic violence and systemic disadvantage. WAGEC do this by providing material aid, case management, biopsychosocial support, accommodation, and crisis responses.
