Walk Wales virtual challenge is back! Can you walk 100k this May to help save lives in Wales?

Whether its on the pavements, in the hills or on the treadmill. We can look after our own health and wellbeing, while exploring new places, make more sustainable choices, and helping to save lives at the same time.

On your own, with family or friends, or just you and the dog - Every step will make a difference, lets take them together.

However you choose to complete the 100km distance, you will be helping to keep Wales Air Ambulances’ helicopters in the air and their rapid response vehicles on the ground.
