The Tactical Research and Development Group (TRDG) is an international group of instructors and individuals who are dedicated to helping people protect themselves and "sur-thrive" in life.

Our passion includes a high focus on the fight to reduce violence against women. This includes all of the principles and strategies which are set out by The White Ribbon Campaign.

On 25th July, fifteen people will be attempting the Fan Dance, a 24km hike through Wales.
