Trent Valley Contracting are proud to be raising funds for Tamworth Samaritans in 2026. They provide 24/7, free, confidential emotional support to anyone who needs someone to listen — without judgement.

We know how hard the construction industry can be and behind the hard hats and high-vis are real people facing pressure, stress, financial worries, and mental health struggles — often in silence.

In the UK, around 3 out of every 4 suicides are men, with the highest risk among men aged 35–55. In construction, the risk is even higher than the national average.

We want to be able to help Tamworth Samaritans provide some vital and often life saving support.

It costs £36,000 per year to keep the Tamworth Samaritans branch open.

The money we aim to raise will cover 2 months of running costs or fund 24 new Volunteers. The volunteers are vital to keeping the phone lines open and being there for someone in need.
