Trentham Bowling Club has chosen the Duchess of Kent Hospice as it's charity for 2025 with fundraising events occurring throughout the year.

The 11th of July will be the Club's main charity day with members of the Club attempting to bowl for 10,000 consecutive and continuous minutes from 08:06 in the morning to 18:00 in the evening. A combined 168 hours of bowling will be completed by around 60 bowlers, with 6 bowlers completing the full 10 hour period, adding 3,600 minutes to the total.

The Duchess of Kent Hospice provides great support to anyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how people cope and the help they need, but with the right support, no one has to face dying or grief alone.
