During May, 2024, we will lace up our shoes and hit the pavement, walking, running, rowing or swimming anyway to hit our target of 31 miles in May to raise awareness and funds for mental health. The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health, with a focus on prevention to address the sources of mental health problems. Together, let's be part of this movement to help people and communities thrive. Our goal is to raise £250 for this important cause. Every step we take and every pound we raise will make a difference in someone's life.
