Hello everyone,

I am raising money for Galloway Mountain Rescue Team to support the running for these amazing volunteers!! These fantastic people provide search and rescue services in Dumfries and Galloway and South Ayrshire 365 days a year, 24 hours a day GMRT are a Scottish Incorporated Charitable Organisation (SCIO) – Charity Number SCO20065 and they rely upon the generosity of the public, local businesses and other organisations to finance the maintenance of our equipment and support our regular training programme.

I will be raising money by taking part in The Witchwood Trail Run in Inverkip durning May, then the Rat Race 100 Ultramarathon Edinburgh to Glamis in July and head to Helvellyn for APEX Everest in September. There may be another event but we will see 😁

I would love to raise as much money as possible to support these great people, especially as I spend much of my professional life and free time in the Galloway forests and hills.
