Our wonderful Dad was never formally diagnosed. Sadly, & in a horrible way, thankfully - we lost him before it became a massive issue. But we know there are people living with this terrible multi facetted disease day by day and would like to do something about it. Not the most demanding physical task, but symbolic of how important we as a family think this cause is. Please give whatever you can
