This June marks the 30th anniversary of the Lotus Children’s Centre in Mongolia — a charity I’ve supported before that gives orphaned kids in Ulaanbaatar, one of the world’s most polluted cities, a safe home in the countryside. Clean air, proper schooling, and space to grow up in peace.

To help mark the milestone, I’m taking on the Box Hill Standard Triathlon on 22 June 2025 — a 1.5km swim, 40km cycle, and 10km run through some big hills.
