We are a group of 7 (see above !!) who have been inspired & challenged by Jo to try to complete a triathlon. Most of us are attempting this for the first time so we chose Blenheim so we can get lots of encouragement from our support crew (other halves). We are all nervous but super excited, to try to complete the challenge.

We are raising money for Youth Talk who are a fabulous and invaluable local charity, whose mission is to provide the best possible mental health support to young people aged 13-25 in St Albans and the surrounding areas and £50 can pay for a counselling session for a young person. With the growing awareness of good mental health and the increasing pressures of modern society, it's important for our young people to have a safe, trustworthy, calm and professional environment to feel comfortable to share whatever is on their mind - Youth Talk are there to offer this.

Thanks to your donations and support of our fundraising, Youth Talk can continue to provide local young people with free one-to-one counselling support in their time of need.
