We are taking part in the Brutal Triathlon from Llanberis this September. This involves a 2.4mile lake swim (Jason) a 112 mile bike ride (Thom) a 15 mile run (Emily) and an ascent and descent of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon, Thom).

We are doing this in memory of Jess and raising money for ARC which is a charity which provides free counselling in Axminster. Jess used ARC herself for several years after the death of her mum, and during her cancer treatment, right up to her death. It is a charity which has helped us all in one way or another and it is helping me (Thom) through my grief.
