O2e's 15th annual cycling challenge is a two and a half-day ride from a base in one of Europe's most iconic historical cities, Bruges.

Story

Hi all, this year, Me and young Dylan Rix , a disabled student at St Elizabeth's of 10 years will be riding 180 miles over 3 days on a modified Trike to and around Bruges to raise money for other Disabled kids.

‘ Dylan was diagnosed at a year old with right sided hemiplegia and diagnosed with epilepsy at 4 years old. Jay and Susie were informed he may never walk or talk  , oh how wrong they were !    Dylan’s seizures got progressively worse and complex coming to a head in 2012 when he was diagnosed with Constant Spike Wave Syndrome where by the brain doesn’t get a chance to shut down due to seizure activity and Dylan’s Brain was regressing. Great Ormond Street offered Dylan life changing surgery , they disconnected the whole left hand side from the right side and removed half of it!

i cant explain enough how much of a massive challenge this is for Dylan due too his disabilities, and myself as the bike isn't exactly like the normal bikes that i use on these long bike rides i do for O2e.org

We expect to be pedalling for at least 10 hours each day but with your help of a donation it will push us to keep moving towards our goal.

Dylan's brother Callum and around 60 other o2e riders will also be joining us on the ride this year.

This is my biggest challenge to date, and our charities thank you in advance for your support xx
