We are taking part in the Embrace Triple Trail 50k to raise money for a local charity called Step & Learn. They are a Medway based charity who provide free therapy for children with physical disabilities such a cerebral palsy & other neurological conditions that impact on their mobility.

They currently support around 50 children and their families across Medway & Kent and are the only centre of their type to offer this specialised therapy for free.

Step & Learn rely solely on donations so any donation large or small with make a huge difference and help these children reach their full potential.
