🗓️ On October 12th I’m running the London Royal Parks Half Marathon for this fantastic charity who go above and beyond to break the cycle of prejudice, through education and training, changing society and ensuring inclusion. 🌈

🏃‍♀️ I’m not a natural runner, but love the positive mental health benefits I get from my weekly 5Ks. 21.1K is a little longer 🥴 but worth every step to raise vital funds to support children and young adults like my son, Orrin. 💚
