Story
"I’m diving into the deep end—literally.
I’m taking on the Bala 70.3 Half Ironman. That’s a 1.9km swim, an 85km cycle through the Welsh hills, and a 21.2km half marathon to finish.
Feel free to follow my training journey on strava.

To be honest, the training will be tough/exhausting/eye-opening. There will be days I dont want to put the miles in or get out of bed, but then I will think who I’m doing this for, Little Rascals.
In Shropshire, Little Rascals is a lifeline for SEN children and their families. They provide a space where kids can truly be themselves without judgment, and where parents find the support they desperately need.
Every penny stays local. Your donation doesn’t just get me over the finish line; it helps provide sensory equipment and inclusive play sessions for those that need it.
If you can spare the price of a pint or a coffee to help me reach my goal, it would mean the world to me—and even more to the 'Rascals'.
