Once again, Longridge High School are about to take on the challenge of pulling an 8-tonne Leyland Truck!

Fast becoming an annual tradition, House Captains and friends from all houses will come together in the name of charity to raise money for St. Catherine's Hospice (donations facilitated by Leyland Helping Hands, the hosts of the truck pull).

This charity is woven into the very fabric of our school: St. Catherine's Hospice has been Beacon House's chosen charity for over 6 years; In addition, St Catherine's Hospice does not receive funding from the government - it relies only on generous donation.

As we approach this grueling physical feat, please give generously as we aim to surpass last year's fundraising total of £340. In doing so, you will be supporting incredibly worthy causes, as well as giving your support to some amazing, selfless young people.
