This May, multiple teams from TruckEast are taking on the Norfolk Coast Mighty Hike, fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support. TruckEast Bury St Edmunds have entered a team consisting of Grace King, Ed Curtis and Matt Castle.

Across two days, we will be dusting of their hiking boots, digging deep and hiking across the beautiful and challenging terrain of the Norfolk Coastal Paths.

With 27 hikers on Saturday 10th May completing a 26 mile hike and another 5 doing the 14 mile challenge on Sunday 11th, we are a determined crew wanting to make a difference.

So many of us have been touched by the amazing work that Macmillan Cancer Support offer patients and families that are living with Cancer across the many stages from early diagnosis into the final days. For us it's time to give something back.

Today, there are currently 3.5 million people living with and battling cancer in the UK. And it's the team at Macmillan who are there to support them. That is why we've set ourselves a target to raise £6,000 between us.
