Story
I’m running 100 miles to fund the first phase of an animal sanctuary in Arizona.
This isn’t a someday idea. I’ve been rescuing and caring for animals for years, often quietly and out of pocket. This is the next step to do it sustainably and help more animals who need it now.
The first step is simple: secure the land so rescued animals have a safe place to live.
This starts with fencing.
A 100-mile race is long, uncomfortable, and mentally brutal. I chose it on purpose.
The animals I help don’t get to opt out when things are hard. So I’m taking on something hard myself to build something that lasts for them.
This land is not secure until the fencing is funded. Donations from this fundraiser are going directly to fencing the sanctuary.

I have until March 28, 2026 to reach this fundraising goal. The more I raise, the more animals I can support immediately as this sanctuary takes shape.
If this resonates with you, thank you for being part of it, whether you donate, share this page, or simply cheer me on during the race.
