Story
African Children’s Fund's Trustees and CEO are walking or cycling in relay between our three Oxfordshire charity shops to raise extra, much needed funds to keep children in school in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. They will start at our shops in Grove and Witney and finish together in Faringdon, a total of 22 miles.
At the same time, Henry, another Trustee will be walking 10 miles in Zimbabwe. He will finish his walk at our partner’s office in Nyanga.

African Children's Fund's work with grassroots partners in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe in education and children’s rights is making a real difference to the lives of over 5,000 children born into poverty every year. Helping children off the streets and into school gives them a chance to improve their lives and to create opportunities for a more prosperous future free from poverty.
