We’re taking on the Norwich Triathlon as a team of three.

Luke is swimming, after spending time in the pool recovering from a broken back.

Sessa is taking on the cycle, literally getting back on the bike.

And Trippy is running… because that’s what he does best.

We each take a leg, but we’re all in this together.
