In December 2019 we lost our friend and colleague, David Cox, who passed suddenly following a heart attack whilst recuperating from a motorcycle accident.

‘Work hard, play hard’ was David’s approach, outside of work, sport played a big role in his life, an accomplished distance runner, he competed in triathlons, marathons around the world and completed 5 Iron Man events.

This is our final event of the year in which we hope to raise £25k for the British Heart Foundation. So we have decided to go big and do David's event of choice...a triathalon.
