I am excited to be taking part in my first Talent Foundry Cycle Challenge, this year it's 250 miles over 3 days from Milan to Bologna on the 25th to 27th September 2026. I've not completed anything like this before, so this really will be a challenge for me. I intend to be training hard over the next couple of months to prepare!

I'll be pedalling in a team of colleagues from across the construction industry, all in aid of a cause that holds a special place in my heart. This incredible journey is not just about the miles we cover, but about the lives we can transform together.
