I am excited to be taking part in this years Talent Foundry Cycle Challenge, it's 250 miles over 3 days from Milan to Bologna on the 25th to 27th September 2026.

I'll be pedalling in a team of colleagues from across the construction industry, all in aid of a cause that holds a special place in my heart. This incredible journey is not just about the miles we cover, but about the lives we can transform together.

The Talent Foundry is a beacon of hope for young people from under-served backgrounds, dedicated to increasing social mobility by helping them discover their unique talents and develop essential employment skills. These young individuals face significant barriers, and without support, many may never realise their full potential or take that crucial first step into the world of work.
