I am delighted to have been roped into another physical charity challenge, taking on Tough Mudder to raise money for Skipton Food Bank with Skipton Baptist Church!

Selfish Spirits is committed to doing its part for the community. Being born and bred in Skipton, we want to do our part to give back. We've chosen to take on the 5k Tough Mudder to raise money for the Skipton Food Bank, an organisation set up to provide food packages for people and families in crisis that cannot afford food on their own.

On Sunday 27th July, we'll be running and taking on a multitude of obstacles including leaps of faiths, climbing forty foot rope structures, and regularly getting electrocuted! And getting very muddy, of course!

We'll do all of the dirty work, but any support you can give us will be massively appreciated! If you are interested in joining us on this challenge, then please give us a message and we'll get you on board!
