In the new year we will be flying out to India and competing in The Rickshaw run, a 2,500km race from Jaisalmer to Fort Kochi in a TukTuk which is essentially a glorified lawn mower.

We're doing this race with an aim to raise as much as we can for looseheadz. They are a foundation who's aim is to combat the stigma around men's mental health. Their goal is to place a mental health ambassador at every rugby club in the world and any donations you wish to give would help them on their way to this goal.

As most of the team are rugby players this is very close to our hearts and we know all know the issues there are when it comes to speaking out about mental health, Looseheadz will insure there are people across rugby clubs trained for these situation's.

Any donation's would be greatly appreciated, you can be sure they are going to a worthy cause.
