Dementia First is an independent charity providing life-changing day care services for people with a diagnosis of dementia in East Surrey, plus an information and support service for carers and family members. The charity aims to provide the best possible care in safe, secure and social environments that enable those with dementia to live well and as independently as possible. In order to do this, Dementia First make use of dedicated centres and suitable rented facilities, whilst also offering community activities and outings. To provide their fundamental and life-changing services, Dementia First relies heavily on fundraising and donations.
