On Sunday 13th August 2023 a group of us from the Alexandra Bowls & Social Club will embark on a sponsored walk from the Bowls Club on to Hayling Island via Langstone. After crossing on the Hayling Island Ferry we will pick up the walk on Eastney Side and Southsea Seafront, continuing through Old Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays and across Portsmouth Hard. Heading Northbound on the homeward stretch via Queen Street and Mile End Road and Stamshaw Shore before arriving back at the Bowls clubs.

This year's walker's are Kelvin Byng(president of Alexandra Bowls), Jackie Byng, Phil and Sue Houghton, Kathy Sparks, Aubrey and Hayley Madgwick, Pat Reed, Ian Rixon, with Dave Webber being our support driver.

A total of 19.7 miles.

CFK support the children under QA Portsmouth who are living with cystic fibrosis (CF). We provide hospital and sports equipment along with activity grants, yoga, listening services, hospital TV cards, hospital canteen cards, cinema vouchers for inpatients and other services.
