Urgent Plea from Ty Calon – We Need You

We’re reaching out with heavy hearts from Ty Calon. What was meant to be a safe, uplifting space for our community has suffered more than we ever imagined.

After a break in, damage to our pond, repeated antisocial behaviour, and now the devastating news that the builder we trusted has taken our money and left the cabin unfinished; we are hurt and disappointed, but still hopeful.

This hub is more than a building. It’s where friendships are formed, where laughter echoes in classrooms and studios, where people find comfort, support and purpose and a space, friendly space for the entire community to visit. But right now, our extension is not complete. Roofs are unfinished. Decking is bare. A cabin without warmth. Bathrooms not usable. Walls waiting to be painted.

If you’ve ever used our space, eaten in our café, attended a meeting, class or sports session you know what it represents. Please help preserve it. Help finish what was promised. Help protect the dreams of all who rely on this place.
