I am excited to participate in my sixth marathon - the London Marathon on 27 April 2025 - in support of our charity partner, Blood Cancer UK, not only because it is Swiss Re's "Charity of the Year" but also because I have a dear friend and Swiss Re colleague whose father has blood cancer. I am running to honour him and to raise awareness.

Since 1960, Blood Cancer UK has invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments, supporting those affected and their families and ultimately saving lives. Right now, the charity's community is funding 360 researchers and staff across the UK who are searching for the next breakthrough.

I hope that you will consider donating to support this incredible organisation and those it supports! My goal is to raise as much money as possible for Blook Cancer UK, with Swiss Re matching my final fundraising total up to £1,500!
