Dash of Silver is named after its founder, Dan Silver whom bravely battled Testicular Cancer back in 2009. Dash of Silver are a Male Cancer Awareness charity that is based in Plymouth Devon. Dan believes that nobody should never have to wake up to the news they have Cancer or wake up news a loved one with Cancer.

The team offer support through our monthly support group called Dashnet here in Plymouth where we offer support and advice to those Males affected by Cancer, whether it's personally, socially or emotionally. Also provide Care packs

ADHDadult is a registered UK charity (no. 1197347) dedicated to improving the lives of adults with ADHD through peer-led support, evidence-based information, and advocacy. Run by people with ADHD, it offers online communities (Discord), a peer-led podcast, and evidence-based articles to promote understanding, reduce stigma, and provide actionable strategies.
