Charity Football Tournament in Memory of Tyrece David Balcha ⚽️🩵

Hey everyone!

On the 19th July 2026, we will be hosting a charity football tournament to celebrate the life of our beloved son, brother, grandson and friend to many, Tyrece Balcha.

This will be Tys heavenly 19th birthday, Ty will forever be 18 years old and our hearts break every single day.

In September 2025, Ty’s life was tragically taken away from us, he was shot and went into a self induced coma. We was informed he would never wake up again, due to this we were able to honor his wish to become a donor so his legacy can live on.

Losing him has left a hole in our hearts that can never be filled, and he is missed more than words can ever explain.

This tournament is not only about football, it’s about remembering Ty, celebrating his life, and keeping his name and spirit alive.

On the day we will be raising money for NHS Blood and Transplant Trust Fund. We don’t want this tragic incident to be the main focus we want this to be about Tys selfless act of being a donor.

When Ty sadly passed away, he donated his organs, including his heart, liver, two kidneys and pancreas. Through this incredibly selfless act, he saved four lives. Knowing that part of him lives on in others is something we hold very close to our hearts.

We hope the day will bring people together to remember Ty, share stories, and celebrate the life of such a special person who meant so much to so many. It’s also an opportunity for us to raise awareness and funds for a truly important cause that helps so many families.

On the day, as well as the football knockout, we will holding a charity raffle with some amazing prizes to be won, there we will also be doing other activities including food stalls, face painting and many more activities which are family friend. This will be to help raise additional funds and awareness for the NHS Blood and Transplant Trust Fund. This charity does incredible work and relies on vital funding to continue their research, support donors, and help save lives every single day. Supporting them is something very close to our hearts as we honor Ty.
