Hey guys,

I've been working closely with Dorset Mind for many years now as an Ambassador. Helping to create conversations and change around men talking and showing emotions, mainly in my own fields of hospitality, leisure, events and fitness.

We've delivered a number of physical challenges in recent years for Dorset Mind, providing essential funding to maintain services in Dorset.

For 2023, I wanted to really challenge myself, which is always made easier by the amazing support from the community.

As such, here are the five incredible Missions I will be completing this year with some amazing people:

1️⃣ 🏃🏽 Bournemouth Bay Run - Half Marathon. Sunday 2nd April.

2️⃣ 🥾 100km Jurassic Coast Ultra. Saturday 13th May. 100km in one stint. Wish me luck 😅

3️⃣ 🗻 Three Peaks: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon. Saturday 17th June.

4️⃣ 🪂 Skydive: 15,000ft - Saturday 15th July. Absolutely terrified of heights 😅

5️⃣ 🏔️ Kilimanjaro: 5,895m. 18th - 25th August. This challenge I am doing as part of Nims’ Elite Exped summits with Group leader & Ex SAS Soldier (the original 🦡 from SAS Who Dares Wins - yes that’s meant to be a mole 🤣) Jay Morton.
