The u3a Spring Charity Bridge Festival is fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan helps people affected by cancer to live life as fully as they can by providing emotional, practical, physical and financial support. The charity also provides support and information to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals looking after people living with cancer, and at a policy level it carries out research into cancer care and seeks to influence decision-makers at all levels on cancer-related strategies. 98% of its funding comes from voluntary donations, so whatever you give helps enormously.
