Trek26 Brecon Beacons - 26 miles · 8 July 2023 ·

Journey through a spectacular area of wild moorland, tumbling waterfalls and sweeping mountain slopes in the Brecon Beacons. Trek for loved ones, and raise money so together we can find a cure.

Story

Picture this: a group of brilliant dementia researchers, from postgraduate students to seasoned professors, setting off on a trekking adventure through the stunning landscape of the Brecon Beacons in Wales.

With 13 and 26-mile options, we are determined to complete the challenge, all in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society’s vital work in supporting those affected by dementia.

As we hike through rugged terrain and take in breathtaking views, we are not only raising money for a worthy cause but also building a strong community of support for one another.

So why not show your support for us by donating to our JustGiving page? Every penny raised will help make a difference in the lives of those affected by dementia, and with our enthusiastic group leading the charge, you know your donation will be put to good use.

*Join us in our journey to create a world where dementia is better understood, where individuals and their families receive the care they need, and where breakthroughs in research bring us closer to a cure. Together, we can make a lasting impact!*
