RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

On 15th May, 2023, we set off from Bude, Cornwall, on a 6000 mile walk around the entire coastlne of the UK. Our amazing journey took us 12 months, as we travelled clockwise through England, Wales & Scotland. We had been planning our journey for 8 years. We completed our circuit of the country on 22nd May 2024! We are still accepting donations and hope to shortly publish a book about our exploits.

Here is a little about why we have choosen to support the RNLI:

Too many people are still drowning. More than ever we need the RNLI’s help. As a charity, the RNLI depends entirely on our donations so it can go on saving lives and keeping us and our loved ones safe.

RNLI lifesavers are our lifeline. They’re the lifeboat crews who provide 24-hour search and rescue right around the UK and Ireland. The lifeguards keeping watch on 240 of the busiest beaches in the UK and Channel Islands. And the RNLI safety teams and educators working tirelessly to stop people getting into trouble in the first place.

Thank you.
