Story

We are running from Clyne Golf Club, Swansea to East Brighton Golf Club, Brighton, 8 marathons in 8 day, to raise awareness for men’s mental health in memory of our close friend, Ben Cummings.

Ben was a light in this world, taken far too soon. He was a son, a brother, and if you were lucky enough, a friend.

Through this challenge, we are supporting Rethink Mental Illness, a charity that works tirelessly to ensure people struggling with their mental health receive the help and support they need. By donating, you are helping to fund vital resources, advocacy, and support for those who feel lost in their darkest moments.

In the UK, 80% of suicides are men. Too many suffer alone, believing they cannot show weakness or speak openly about their emotions. We want to change that.

You never truly know what someone is going through. Let this be a reminder to always be kind and cherish every moment, because tomorrow is never guaranteed.

This is more than a challenge; it is a statement. A statement that it is okay to struggle, it is okay to talk, and it is okay to ask for help.

Please donate and help us honour Ben’s memory by making sure no man feels he has to suffer alone.

Together, we can change the conversation. Together, we can save lives.

💙 Thank you for your support. 💙
