Story
I am truly grateful to be running the Great North Run 2026 on behalf of CAFOD's Great North Run team. This marathon, taking place on 13 September 2026, is more than just a race for me—it is an opportunity to support an incredible cause that makes a real difference in the lives of people affected by poverty, climate change, conflict, and injustice around the world.
CAFOD works closely with local experts in communities to create lasting change, and I am proud to be part of this mission through my active involvement with the CAFOD group at St. Joseph parish in Burntwood. Having previously completed the Shakespeare marathon and the Lichfield half marathon for CAFOD, I am once again committed to raising funds that will help transform lives.
I kindly ask for your support by sponsoring me in this event. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will be deeply appreciated and will go directly to CAFOD through this secure page so they can put your generosity to work immediately. Together, we can make the world a better place for everyone. My fundraising target is £350—thank you so much for helping me reach it!
