Student Council has selected Cash for Kids NI as UUSU's chosen charity for 2026.

Cash for Kids is dedicated to giving disadvantaged children and young people across the UK the chance to thrive.

The charity step in where it’s needed most — tackling poverty, illness, and neglect, easing the challenges of additional needs, and offering a helping hand to families with nowhere else to turn.

By working with UUSU as well as other businesses, charities, and community groups, Cash for Kids provide year-round grant funding and make Christmas magical with gifts for children who might otherwise go without.

Throughout the calendar year, UUSU will be running a number of fundraising activities to help raise money as well as awareness for Cash for Kids.
