Ulster University: fundraiser for Blood Cancer UK

Ulster University is raising money for Blood Cancer UK
“Ulster University ”
We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

Hello everyone,

We are the 2nd Year Adult Nursing students from Ulster University. Each year, our cohort chooses a charity that is close to our hearts to support through a fundraising event.

This year, we are proud to be fundraising for Blood Cancer UK — a charity that means a great deal to us all. Within our cohort, we have students who have personally experienced the impact of blood cancer through loved ones and those close to them, making this cause especially meaningful to us.

Each year in the UK, over 40,000 people are diagnosed with blood cancer, and more than 310,000 people are currently living with or in remission from the disease.

We would greatly appreciate your support in helping us raise awareness and funds for this incredible cause. Our goal is to raise £1,000, and every donation, big or small, will make a difference.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
