IDRF is thrilled to be holding our 2nd annual fundraising event, United for Afghanistan!

Join us this Ramadan on Saturday, March 23, 2024 as we come together to make a difference in the lives of those affected by the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan. We will be joined by renowned speakers such as, Aziz Amiri, Rana Akbari, Razia Hamidi, Imam Hamza Wardak, Neelofer Mansuri, and Frishta Bastan.

With the conflict spanning decades, Afghanistan has struggled with many challenges including poverty, food insecurity, lack of access to clean water, gender-based violence, healthcare and widespread displacement.

Right now, the people of Afghanistan are in dire need of humanitarian aid.

Here is how IDRF is helping:

IDRF has been providing immediate relief to those in need of food aid and water in Afghanistan. Following the earthquake, IDRF has distributed meals, blankets and tents to many families, while our ongoing efforts in food aid distribution continue to assist families in Kunduz and Mazar-I-Sharif. Additionally, we are also supporting Afghan refugees who have returned from Pakistan.

$100 will provide food kits for a family in need.
