Following the success of our team's efforts in last year's Tough Mudder event, we have decided to go ahead and take part in Leeds Total Warrior 2024. Not only is this a fun day for the team, it's also for a great cause - raising funds for ANDYSMANCLUB, a men's suicide prevention charity.

"ANDYSMANCLUB hope to end the stigma surrounding men's mental health and help them through the power of conversation #ITSOKTOTALK
Their aim is to provide men with a safe space where they can feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experience in a room free of judgement. ANDYSMANCLUB hold over 120 free support groups nationwide, taking place every Monday from 7pm. These are free to attend and include free tea and biscuits.
