⚽️ ULMFC 24-Hour Football Fundraiser - Help us Reach £1,750! ⚽️

On 24th October 2026, the University of Lincoln Men’s Football Society are taking on a huge fundraiser.

After taking a look at our 10+ year-old kit and noticing that each sock had 12 holes instead of just the 1 you put your foot in🫢, we have decided it’s time for a long-overdue upgrade!

We’re attempting to raise £1,750 to help cover the costs of new kits, equipment and potentially a Veo camera to allow us to record and analyse games 📸

But as 24 hours of straight football apparently isn’t a big enough punishment, we’ve added some more consequences….. 👀

⚽️ The 24-Hour Challenge ⚽️

For the first 12 hours, we’ll be taking on:

🏃🏼‍♂️ 5-a-side football

⚽️ Headers and volleys

Then, during the last 12 hours, we have two major challenges to complete:

🎯 Keep-It-Up Challenge:

We have to:

Keep the ball up for 10 minutes - 3 times

Keep the ball up from The Engine Shed all the way to the end of the walkway past the Arts Bridge (a long way)

Drop the ball = RESET🫣

🥅 The Penalty Challenge:

We have to score 25 consecutive penalties against our 1st team goalkeeper, and the blokes very good.

Back to zero 😢

And if we fail to complete all these challenges…..

👹 The Punishment 👹

The ENTIRE SOCIETY will have to attend our next training session wearing ridiculous outfits bought from charity shops🔥

Full commitment. No excuses. No cheating.

But that’s not all if we reach our £1,750 target, there’s another forfeit waiting for us…..

🏃🏼‍♂️ Steep Hill of Shame 🏃🏼‍♂️

The entire society has to run up Steep Hill, plod back down and run back up AGAIN!

So if you would love to see some miserable faces donate! 🫶🏻

💸 Want to punish a specific member? 💸

If you choose to, you can request one of the following punishments with your donation!

Just include the member’s name and the punishment you want in your donation message!

🎤 £25 - Make a member perform karaoke at the next Wednesday social, and you choose the song

🧊 £30 - Have a bucket of cold water poured over a member of your choice

🎨 £30 - Face paint for the entirety of training

🦵 £50 - Leg wax strip on a member of your choice

🏃🏼‍♂️ £75 - This poor member will have to run a 5k strictly in their kitchen, all tracked on Strava.
