Step into Spring

UniWellBeing are taking on the Step into Spring challenge in support of Student Minds to ensure no student is held back by their mental health.
Student Minds empowers students to build their own mental health toolkit to support themselves and their peers through university life and beyond. They also challenge the higher education sector, health sector, and government to make student mental health a priority.
To support Student Minds, we're inviting our staff members to embark on a challenge of completing 10,000 steps on University Mental Health Day, and to continue their efforts throughout March to achieve our collective goal of 300,000 steps. This initiative not only contributes to a great cause but also promotes health and well-being among our team.
