The University of Birmingham ChemEng PGR Committee is back, and this year we're teaming up with BUCES for our biggest fundraiser ever!

In honour of the UN International Day of the Girl Child, we're raising money for Educate Girls, a charity with a long track record of improving educational outcomes for girls in rural India.

In India, over 95 million girls aged 6-29 are not in education, employment, or training. Educate Girls has a proven impact in empowering communities in rural India, and has enrolled over 2.0M+ girls in school across 30K+ villages.

We'll be running events throughout October 2026, with our main event taking place on the 16th October 2026 outside the University Library. We'd love to see you there!
