UoC Archery's 12 Hour Shoot for RSPCA Wirral & Chester

UoC Archery University of Chester is raising money for RSPCA Wirral & Chester

12 Hour Archery Shoot · 18 April 2026

We are an independent charity and we are self-funding, raising money locally and relying on fundraising activities and public support to allow us to continue rescuing and giving animals in our community a second chance.

Story

As a society, we all voted to support the RSPCA for this particular event.

We are holding a 12 hour archery shoot from 8:30pm on 18th April to 8:30am on 19th April. This event will consist of variety of both standard shooting and games/activities throughout the duration of the event.

We have a small kennel facility to help those dogs brought to us from the Inspectors that have suffered the worst cruelty or neglect. With your help we can give these dogs the help they need and give them a new start and a second chance at finding new loving homes. These dogs are normally with us for longer and need lots of special care. We can do this with your help. We also rescue and rehome around 850 cats and have a no destruct policy. Any animal in our care will remain with us until a suitable home can be found.
