This event is part of a final year module for five University of Cumbria BA (Hons) Sport Coaching & Physical Education students. We are attempting to fundraise for St John's Hospice, a charity based in Lancaster.

The charity provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions. They cover areas in Lancashire, North Yorkshire and South Cumbria. To find out more about the services they provide, please click the following link: https://www.sjhospice.org.uk/

The event will be a campus fun run for University of Cumbria staff and students, we are attempting to have a minimum of 50 people participate in the run, and reap the benefits of exercising. Those include social, personal and physical benefits, such as improving mental health, gaining confidence, meeting new people, and strengthening muscles. The event will begin at 12pm and finish at around 2pm.

We appreciate any and all donations. Thank you for helping to support our event and St John's Hospice.

From Alex, Leon, Sophie, Millie and Dylan.

Thank you!
