Story

The University of Chester Rowing Club is supporting the Rowing Foundation by holding a 24-Hour Rowathon. This activity entails one or more of the club members rowing on an erg over the duration of 24 hours.

The Rowing Foundation, founded in 1980, provides grants to clubs and organisations with the aim of “getting young people on the water”. Recently expanded to provide grants to assist clubs with adaptive rowing programs. Supported by Henley Royal Regatta Charitable Trust.
