We are raising awareness of mental health awareness week, commencing the 12th of May. Mental health should be at the forefront of everyone's lifestyle and activities, and we want to promote the positive impact of exercise and movement, all in the name of such an amazing charity in Mind UK!
Over the course of the week, we welcome our members and community to engage in 10,000 units of their preferred exercise activity, capped off by our organized drop-in session on Friday 16th May, where we aim to conquer 10,000 units across our multiple aerobic and functional equipment, including our treadmills, ergs and bikes!
